Sillustani is a pre-Inca cemetery on the shores of Lake Umayo near Puno in Peru. The tombs, which are built above ground in tower-like structures called chullpas, are the vestiges of the Qulla people, most likely a Puquina-speaking people,[1] conquered by the Inca Empire in the 15th century. The structures housed the remains of complete family groups, although they were probably limited to nobility. Many of the tombs have been dynamited by grave robbers, while others were left unfinished.

Eketorp Fort, Sweden
Ancient Eketorp Fort is a stone fort on Öland Island, Sweden. It was built a long time ago, around the 4th century, during the Iron Age. The fort was originally used for protection, but later, people started living inside it, turning it into a small village. Over the years, the fort was rebuilt and expanded, especially during the Middle Ages, when it became even stronger. Archaeologists have discovered old houses, tools, and pottery, which tell us how people lived, worked, and traded in the past.
